Order Processing Times
Once your order is successfully placed, we will promptly begin creating the board. Most orders are processed within 5-7 business days, although this processing time may be extended during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Please note that the order processing time does not include shipping time. Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking details to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging and securing your orders to minimize the possibility of damage during transit. However, in the unfortunate event that your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately.
Return & Exchange Policy
Being a small business. It is just me making the boards to order and my inventory/back-stock is not excessive.
With this in mind we do not accept exchanges or returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective. We recommend throughly reading item descriptions. We list sizes, product materials, and other details that pertain to each item.
With that we understand that sometimes crazy things happen, so we do reserve the right to go case by case in review on whether we can accept returns or exchanges. Simply send us a contact form explaining the situation.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
*Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. With this in mind please pack your return carefully.
*Exchanges must be of equal or less value to original purchase.
